Contractors who want to bid work that needs to be bonded normally must submit a bid bond with their bid. Current clients may complete the form below to request a bid bond. We will issue the bond and deliver it to you once it is approved.

Contractors who do not have a current bonding relationship with us should call Dave at (801) 268-1168 to request an appointment to establish a bond line.
